Can you get files back from a dead laptop or PC?
Often, yes. If the drive itself is fine we can usually copy your files off, and we can attempt recovery from failing drives.
What devices can you recover data from?
Hard drives, SSDs, USB sticks, memory cards and drives from laptops and desktops.
Can you copy my data to a new computer?
Yes, we offer data copying and transfer from an old machine or drive to a new one.
What should I do if my drive is clicking or failing?
Turn it off and stop using it. Every power-on can make things worse. Bring it in as soon as you can.
