Simple per-user pricing for small businesses. All prices exclude VAT. Support is remote-first and runs in business hours: Tuesday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00 and Saturday 10:00 to 16:00. We don't offer a 24/7 service.

What does a support plan cover?
Plans are tailored to your business: typically help with computers, users, email and Microsoft 365, networks, backups and security. Talk to us and we'll put together a plan that fits.
Do you only support big businesses?
No. We work with small and growing local businesses, sole traders and offices.
Can you set up our network and Wi-Fi?
Yes, we set up and troubleshoot business networks and Wi-Fi, and we supply networking kit including Ubiquiti and TP-Link.
How much does business IT support cost?
Essentials is £30 per user per month (minimum £90 a month), Business is £45 per user per month (minimum £150 a month) and Business Plus is £65 per user per month (minimum £250 a month). All prices exclude VAT.
Do you offer 24/7 IT support?
No. Our support runs in business hours, Tuesday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00 and Saturday 10:00 to 16:00, and is remote-first, with onsite visits on the Business and Business Plus plans.
