Our repair warranty

Every repair we do is covered by our own warranty, so if the same fault comes back, bring it in and we'll put it right.

12 months on standard part replacements

Screens, batteries, charging ports, keyboards, HDMI ports and other replacement parts on computers, phones, tablets and consoles.

3 months on board-level and liquid-damage work

Motherboard and logic board repairs, soldering and micro-soldering, and devices that have had liquid damage.

The warranty covers the part we fitted and our workmanship. It doesn't cover new accidental or liquid damage, or the device being opened up by someone else after our repair. Any questions, email help@thetechheroes.com or call 0333 600 3330.

What happens after I book?

We'll get back to you to confirm and arrange a time to bring your device into the shop.

Can I just walk in instead?

Yes, you're welcome during opening hours: Tuesday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00 and Saturday 10:00 to 16:00.

What should I bring?

The device, its charger, and any passcodes we'll need to test it (or let us know and we'll work around it).

How long is your repair warranty?

12 months on standard part replacements such as screens, batteries and charging ports, and 3 months on board-level, soldering and liquid-damage repairs. It covers the part we fitted and our workmanship, not new accidental or liquid damage.
