Repair or replace?
Sometimes an upgrade is the smart fix and sometimes it isn't worth throwing money at an old machine. We'll give you an honest view. If replacing makes more sense, we sell new laptops and desktops and can move your files across.
Our repair warranty
Every repair we do is covered by our own warranty, so if the same fault comes back, bring it in and we'll put it right.
12 months on standard part replacements
Laptop screens, keyboards, batteries, charging ports, fans, hard drives and SSDs.
3 months on board-level and liquid-damage work
Motherboard and logic board repairs, soldering and micro-soldering, and devices that have had liquid damage.

What computer problems do you repair?
Most hardware and software faults on desktops and laptops: no power, no boot, slow running, blue screens, overheating, broken screens and keyboards, failed drives, virus and malware clean-ups, Windows problems and upgrades.
Which brands do you work on?
All the major brands, including Dell, HP, Lenovo and Apple, as well as custom-built PCs.
Can you save my files before fixing it?
Yes. Tell us what matters most when you book it in. If the drive is failing, see our data recovery service.
Can I just drop it in?
Yes, you're welcome to pop in during opening hours. Booking online first means we already know what's wrong when you arrive.
How long is your repair warranty?
12 months on standard part replacements such as screens, batteries and charging ports, and 3 months on board-level, soldering and liquid-damage repairs. It covers the part we fitted and our workmanship, not new accidental or liquid damage.
